03 / Installation
Installation
We bring it in, we bolt it down.
Our own team delivers, carries the equipment to the room, assembles it, anchors racks to the floor where needed and tests every machine before handing it over. Packaging goes back with us. Available across Peninsular Malaysia; for Sabah and Sarawak we arrange a local partner.
What to send us
Your address, the floor the room is on, whether there is a lift or stairs, and the access width of the narrowest door.
04 / Servicing
Servicing
Keep it safe, keep it quiet.
Annual or on-call service visits: cable and pulley checks, bolt re-torquing, treadmill belt alignment and lubrication, upholstery replacement. Commercial gyms can book a maintenance plan for the whole floor.

The equipment, roughly how old it is, and a photo or short video of anything that sounds or feels wrong.

Everything agreed up front.
The layout, the equipment list, the delivery date and the total price are confirmed with you in writing before you pay anything.
